The National Oil Corporation (NOC) announces that with the efforts of the loyal people of this country and in regular and continuous communication with the all parties, the Zouitina oil terminal has temporarily resumed work, to load two tankers and allow for enough space to store the displaced volume of the crude oil.
The instructions were given to the operator “Zouitina Oil Company” to start shipping the crude to the tankers which already near by, and thus the NOC announces a temporary lifting of the force majeure from the Zouitina oil terminal , with the hope that the crisis will be sorted out soon.
On this occasion, the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors of the NOC extend their warmest congratulations to all workers in the oil sector in all work sites, and to all Libyan people, with the coming of the blessed Eid Al -Fitr, wishing the prosperity, luxury and good days to the country and all the people.
