On July 17, 2023, Chairman Farhat bin Qadara launched a training program for over 7,000 oil graduates from 50 Libyan cities. The initiative aims to enhance their skills and prepare them for roles in the oil and gas industry, contributing to the strategic development of Libya’s oil sector.
