The NOC’s Chairman meets with the Council of Southeast Elders

On Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at the Headquarters of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) in Tripoli, the Chairman of the Board of Director Eng.Mustafa Sanalla, met with the Council of Southeast Elders, which consists of:
 
Sheikh Ali Saad Abdullah, President of the Council of Southeast Elders.
Mr. Al-Sanussi Al-Sanussi Al-Gami, a member of the Supreme Council of the State.
Mr. Mohammed Ali Al-Darji, Member of the Council of Southeast Elders.
Mr. Said Jibril Mahmoud, President of the Constituent Committee of the South-East Council of Elders.
Mr. Ahmed Suleiman, President of the Council of Elders of Tazarbo
Mr. Omar Erhima Council of Elders of Tazarbo
With presence of the Manager of Sustainable Development of the National Oil Corporation Mr. Mokhtar Abdel-Adam.
 
During the meeting, the challenges and bottlenecks affecting the regions and municipalities of the south-east and the possibility of the NOC supporting were discussed, to overcome it and to provide urgent needs, within the programs of social responsibility and sustainable development under the National Oil Corporation.
 
The NOC Chairman explained the circumstances that it is going through as a result of the scarcity of budgets and the financial resources it needs to run the oil sector, ‘the life blood of the Libyan state’.
 
 

The President of the Council of Elders of the South-East Sheikh Ali Saad congratulated the Chairman of the Board of Directors for receiving the anti-corruption award that awarded by the U.S. Department of State, and the Council of Elders offered praise and appreciation to Eng.Sanalla for his firm and courageous positions that proved that he has always sided with the country and the citizen and harnessed everything to serve him.
