The Board of Directors of the NOC stresses the need to develop the educational process at the PTQI

On Thursday morning, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) was held with the Management Committee of the Petroleum Training & Qualifying Institute (PTQI), where a technical presentation was presented on the activities of the (PTQI), the difficulties, and challenges facing it.
The meeting also discussed the financial and legal situation in addition to addressing the latest achieved works related to the implementation of some projects, and the development of infrastructure at the (PTQI), including the project of establishing a swimming pool and underwater welding.
During the meeting, the Members of the Board of Directors of the (NOC) stressed the importance of the (PTQI) and its outputs to the sector to meet the needs of national employment, noting the need to work on the development of the educational process and keep pace with the development in the fields of education and training in contact with international educational institutions and conclude various agreements in order to transfer knowledge and modern sciences and to modernize and develop the curriculum.
The meeting was attended by the members of the Board of Directors of the (NOC), Dr. Khalifa Abdul Sadiq, Ahmed Ammar, Hussein Saffar, and Masoud Moussa and on the (PTQI) side it was attended by, the Chairman of the Management Committee, Dr. Ali al-Deeb, and the members of the Management Committee, Hisham al-Dakhi, and Ali al-Qadi.
