In implementation of the directives of the Board of Directors of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), a series of meetings continued between health, safety and environmental departments of the NOC and affiliates.
On Wednesday, March 16, 2022, a meeting was held between the health, safety and environment departments of the NOC and Al-Jowf Oil Technology Company (JOFWE), which was attended by the acting chairman of the management committee of the company, and managers and specialists from both sides.
During the meeting, attendees reviewed the company’s activity and performance indicators related to the field of health, safety and environment, projects follow-up mechanisms and the readiness of warning and fire systems located in all its locations, the availability of personal prevention tasks and equipment in addition to statistics on tracking epidemic prevalence and the number of recipients of the covid vaccine in the company, as well as the policies and systems operated by JOFWE company, and work to update and activate it.
In conclusion, it was stressed the importance of the safety of users in different locations, and the need to comply with all the requirements and rules of professional safety when dealing with the sector companies.
