NOC Chairman meets Indonesian Charge d’Affaires to Libya

National Oil Corporation (NOC) chairman Eng. Mustafa Sanalla met with Mohammad Amar Ma’ruf, the Charge d’Affaires at Indonesia’s Embassy in Libya, and an accompanying delegation, on Wednesday 2 September 2020 at NOC’s Tripoli headquarters.
 
Also joining the meeting were Elamari Mohamed Elamari, NOC Board Member for Financial and Administrative Affairs, Dr Khalfallah Ibrahim, NOC’s General Manager of Legal Affairs, and Salah Ben Ali, Manager of NOC’s International Cooperation Office. 
 
Attendees discussed areas of joint cooperation in oil and gas as well as the presence of Indonesian companies in the oil sector. 
 
The NOC chairman stated that the “door is always open” for Indonesian companies who wish to play a role in Libya’s oil and gas sector. Such engagement aided the development of the sector as well as being beneficial to all parties concerned.
