National Children’s Day in Libya

Today, March 21, marks National Children’s Day in Libya. On this occasion, the Board of Directors of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) congratulates all the children of Libya. Over many years NOC has shown deep support for young people across all of Libya. That is why NOC has a constant investment in various facilities for children, because they are Libya’s hope and will be the builders of its bright future.  
 
NOC Chairman Eng. Mustafa Sanalla said, “NOC strives to support a positive environment for children in all parts of Libya, by promoting the education sector, improving schools, providing medical equipment for children’s hospitals and other development projects implemented by the Department of Sustainable Development. We will continue to do our best to support children and to contribute to a better future for our children.” 
 
NOC has recently provided the municipality of Obari and the Wahat region with more than 20 well equipped classrooms to provide a better learning environment and prevent overcrowding in schools. NOC has also delivered crucial medical equipment to the Children’s Hospital in Benghazi to improve healthcare delivery in the hospital, which receives more than 16,210 patients per year.
