الأمين العام لمنظمة الدول الافريقية المصدرة للنفط ( APPO ) يهنئ السيد رئيس مجلس إدارة المؤسسة الوطنية للنفط المهندس مصطفى صنع الله بحصوله على الجائزة الدولية المرموقة لمكافحة الفساد المُقدّمة من وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية
تلقّى السيد رئيس مجلس الإدارة المهندس مصطفى صنع الله يوم الاثنين الموافق 1 مارس 2021، رسالة تهنئة من السيد عمر الفاروق إبراهيم امين عام منظمة الدول المصدرة للنفط ( APPO )، والتي هنأه من خلالها على حصوله على الجائزة الدولية المرموقة لمكافحة الفساد المُقدّمة من وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية بإدارة الرئيس جو بايدن بتاريخ 23 فبراير.

السيد رئيس المؤسسة الوطنية للنفط،
الموضوع: رسالة تهنئة للإعتراف المستحق بجدارة
لقد تلقينا بكل سرور نبأ منحكم جائزة أبطال مكافحة الفساد الدولية المرموقة من قبل وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية.
2. هذه الجائزة هي شهادة على اعتراف العالم بالقيادة الحكيمة التي قدمتموها بالمؤسسة الوطنية للنفط في ليبيا خلال واحدة من أصعب الأوقات في تاريخ الصناعة وبلدكم المحترم.
3. إن الشجاعة التي تعاملتم بها مع تحديات الصناعة النفطية والشفافية التي تعاملتم بها مع الشؤون المالية للمؤسسة، والحكمة التي جمعتموها وأدرتم بها الأشخاص ذوي التفكير المماثل سعياً لتحقيق هدف مشترك والمخاطرالشخصية الضخمة التي اتخذتهم لإضفاء الصحة والسلامة على حياة صناعة النفط والغاز الليبية والتضحيات الشخصية التي قدمتموها في كل هذه السنوات تجعلكم قائدًا مثاليًا حقًا.
4. وأذكر بسرور الدعم الذي قدمه مجلس وزراء منظمة الدول الأفريقية المنتجة للبترول لليبيا في سعيها لإنهاء سرقة نفطها من قبل الجماعات القوية. تلك المعركة التي ترأستموها بإقدام وشجاعة كانت بالفعل معركة اسطورية. نحن فخورون بإنجازاتكم
5. نيابة عن أسرة منظمة الدول الأفريقية المنتجة للبترول APPO أهنئكم وأتمنى لكم سنوات عديدة من التوفيق من الله على الطريق الصحيح وأن تنعموا بالصحة والعافية.

The Secretary-General of the African Petroleum Producers Organization (APPO) congratulates The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Oil Corporation ( NOC ) Eng. Mustafa Sanalla for receiving the prestigious International Anti-Corruption Award presented by the U.S. Department of State
On Monday, March 1, 2021, Mr. Mustafa Sanalla received a congratulatory message from Mr. Omar Farouk Ibrahim, Secretary General of the African Petroleum Producers Organization (APPO), in which he congratulated him on receiving the prestigious International Anti-Corruption Award presented by the U.S. State Department under President Joe Biden on February 23.

2. The Award is testimony to the world’s recognition of the selfless leadership you have been providing at the National Oil Corporation of Libya during one of the most trying times in the history of the industry and your esteemed country.

The courage with which you have addressed the challenges of the industry, the transparency with which you have handled the finances of the corporation, the wisdom with which you assembled and managed Iike-minded people in pursut of a common objective, the huge personal risks you have taken to bring sarity into the life of the Libyan oil and gas industry and the personal sacrifices you have made in all these years single you out as a truly exemplary leader.
